How to Request Deletion

Email dreamprayer.dev@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Tiny Psalms account, or include that account email in your message.

Please include:

• The subject line "Tiny Psalms account deletion".
• The email address used for your Tiny Psalms account.
• Your sign-in method, if known: Apple, Google, or email.
• A short sentence confirming that you want your Tiny Psalms account and associated app data deleted.

Do not send your password, payment card details, or sensitive family information in the email.

What We Delete

When your request is verified, we delete or de-identify:

• Your Tiny Psalms Firebase Authentication account.
• Your child profile, including nickname and age range.
• Your saved stories, prayers, favorites, and library records.
• Your generated audio files stored for your account.
• Your app-specific subscription association where we control it.
• Other Tiny Psalms account data linked to your Firebase user ID.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory reasons. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OpenAI, xAI, and other service providers may also retain limited records under their own legal, security, abuse-prevention, or transaction-retention obligations.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
