What Happens to Your Photos:
Photos are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate your requested virtual outfit try-on results

Photos are not used to train AI models
Photos are not shared with any other third parties beyond our AI processing partners
Photos are not permanently retained on our servers after processing is complete
Temporary storage is limited to the time required to generate your results, typically seconds to minutes
Biometric Data Processing:
Our AI technology analyzes facial geometry, body dimensions, and proportions from your uploaded photos to create realistic virtual try-on experiences. This biometric data is:
Processed temporarily and not stored permanently
Used exclusively for outfit fitting and rendering purposes
Not shared with third parties except our AI processing partners
Deleted immediately after your try-on session is complete
Your Consent and Control:
Before using any AI-powered feature for the first time, you will be asked to provide explicit permission for this data sharing
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or discontinuing use of AI features
You are never required to upload photos to use other non-AI features of the app

Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase, including Firebase Authentication and Firestore.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access,

Firebase may collect limited device information, crash logs, and analytics data as part of its service delivery

Outfiti does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use your personal data

Data Retention
We retain your data according to the following schedule:
Account data: Retained while your account is active
Uploaded photos: Deleted immediately after processing (typically within minutes)
Generated outfit images: Stored only if you choose to save them; deleted when you delete them or your account
Anonymous analytics: Retained for up to 24 months for performance improvement
Deleted account data: Permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion
Data Deletion and Your Rights
You have full control over your data. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly
within the App by selecting "Delete My Account" in the Settings or Profile section.
This action is irreversible and will permanently remove:
Your account and email address
All saved outfit images
All personal preferences and settings
All associated biometric processing data

and applicable laws.
