2. Camera & Photo Library Access

How we collect it: Via Camera and Photos app permissions (requires your explicit permission).
How we use it: To process your images through our AI fish identification system and analyze visual features to identify fish species. Photos are processed on-device and not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save them in your catch journal.
3. Catch Data
What we collect: Information you voluntarily enter about your catches, including date, time, fish species, location, gear used, bait type, water conditions, tide information, moon phase, and personal notes.
How we use it: To build your personal catch journal, generate statistics and analytics about your fishing patterns, and provide historical data you can review and analyze.

What we collect: Device model, iOS version, app version, device identifier (IDFA/Apple Advertising ID), and crash/error logs.

Access & Portability

You can edit or correct your catch data directly within the App. If you need help, contact our support team.
Deletion Rights
You can delete individual catches or journal entries directly in the App. To request complete account deletion, email support@trackmycatch.com. We will delete all associated data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.
Permission Management
You can manage app permissions (Location, Camera, Photos) at any time through your iPhone Settings > Fish AI ID - Track My Catch. Revoking permissions will limit app functionality.
Opt-Out of Analytics
You can opt out of app analytics in Settings > Fish AI ID - Track My Catch > Privacy.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. Parents who believe their child has provided information to the App should contact us at support@trackmycatch.com.
